Returns & Refunds Policy

At PhotonX Technologies Pvt Ltd, we aim to deliver high-quality digital products and services that meet the needs of every business we work with. WeNext.ai, being our flagship SaaS automation platform, follows a transparent and fair refund process to ensure trust and clarity for all customers.

  • No Return Policy (Digital Products & Services)

    Our offerings—including SaaS subscriptions, digital services, onboarding, integrations, technical development, and consulting—are non-returnable because they are delivered electronically and consumed instantly.

    Once access is provided or services are initiated, they cannot be returned.

  • Refund Eligibility

    We offer refunds only under specific conditions stated below:

    a. SaaS Subscriptions (WeNext.ai)

    A refund may be considered when:

    • You are unable to use the product due to a technical issue from our side.
    • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
    • Duplicate or accidental payments have been made.

    Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Partial usage of features
    • Change of business requirement
    • After the subscription period has started and services are functioning normally
    • Add-ons, API usage, or AI credits already consumed

    b. Custom Development / IT Services

    Refunds are not issued for hours already spent or services already delivered.

    However, if a project is cancelled before work begins, we can refund any advance amount after deducting planning/consultation charges (if applicable).

  • Free Trial & Demo

    We encourage all customers to take a free product demo or trial (where applicable) before purchasing any plan. This helps ensure the platform suits your business needs.

  • How to Request a Refund

    You can submit a refund request through any of the following:

    Please include:

    • Registered email ID
    • Payment receipt / transaction ID
    • Reason for refund request
    • Screenshots or details of the issue (if technical)

    Our finance team reviews each request within 5–7 working days.

  • Processing Timeline

    Once approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

    (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.)

  • Subscription Cancellations

    You can cancel your WeNext subscription at any time.

    After cancellation:

    • Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
    • No partial period refunds are issued
    • Auto-renewal will be stopped
