Welcome to WeNext.ai, a product owned and operated by PhotonX Technologies Pvt. Ltd., based in Hyderabad, India.

By using our platform, APIs, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

• Description of Service

  WeNext.ai provides WhatsApp Business automation and customer communication tools, including campaign management, chatbot flows, and analytics powered by Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform APIs.

  Users must connect their Facebook Business Account and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to use certain features.

• Eligibility

  You must be a registered business or authorized representative to use this service.

  You also agree to comply with Meta's Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Facebook Platform Terms.

• Security

  WeNext.ai accesses and processes certain business data via Meta's Graph API, including:

  • WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs
  • Phone Number IDs
  • Message Template metadata
  • Campaign delivery metrics

  We do not access or store personal Facebook user data.

  All data is encrypted and used solely to enable your WhatsApp Business operations.

• Data Security

  WeNext.ai uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and storage.

  All communication between WeNext.ai and Meta APIs is secured via HTTPS and encrypted using AES-256 and RSA encryption standards.

• Limitation of Liability

  PhotonX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for downtime or disruptions caused by Meta API outages, WhatsApp policy changes, or external network failures.

• Suspension and Termination

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of Meta's policies or misuse of the platform.

• Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
